Coffee Roasting

Light Roast: It is characterized by a light brown color, light body and no oil on the surface.
Medium Roast: It is characterized by a medium brown color, more body than light roast and no oil on the surface.
Dark Roast: It is characterized by a dark brown color, more body than medium roast and a sheen of oil on the surface.
